You sure can! Our bait isn't harmful to animals but we recommend keeping the traps out of reach from inquisitive noses where you can, as they may become interested due to the smell. If your animal does consume or get hold of the bait inside the trap and you need any additional support, please reach out to us for further advice.

This completely depends on how strong your nose is! The bait has to smell foul in order to attract flies away from your animals. You'll only notice the bait when up close to the trap. We highly recommend hanging the traps outdoors only.

Our traps are 100% reusable so you can catch, empty, and catch again and again! Once the barrel is full of flies, press down the top cap, this will block all entry holes and block any air entering the trap, causing any live flies caught to die. Leave it for about 24 hours for the flies to pass and then empty the trap into the trash or bury them. You could even feed them to your chickens!
