How do I set them up?

We send instructions to you via email and include them in each order. If you ever need any help with setup, we have a full time team of experienced fly-trappers on standby to work with you and make sure you have them set up perfectly. Just email us at Support@theranchflytrap.com!
How bad does the bait smell?

This depends on how strong your nose is! The bait of course needs to smell fairly foul in order for it to attract the flies away from your animals and their poop. In general, up close, the bait does smell foul but it shouldn't ever be too much of an issue when it's hung outside in an open space.
How many do I need?

We'd suggest getting barrels set up near the areas where you notice flies are always swarming. If you've never tried fly traps before a great place to start is our starter kit bundle. From here, you'll be able to see how amazing our traps are at catching flies in your infested area and if they fill up too fast, you know you could do with a few more on your property.
Can I use them near my animals?

Animals do sometimes take an interest in our traps, especially if they can smell the bait! But don't worry, we made our bait totally non-toxic but we'd still always advise to set traps up out of reach of inquisitive noses!
How long does shipping take?

Once we receive your order, we'll pick and pack your ordered items and we aim to deliver them to your door within 3-7 days. We'll provide tracking info every step of the way up until it arrives at your delivery address.

What if I don't like them?

If for whatever reason you don't enjoy our products or wish to return them, we offer a 14-day full refund policy, starting from when you receive the traps. All we ask is you clean them up and send them back to us - we often donate them to animal charities that are in great need of fly protection.
